I arrived early to DMV due to last minute schedule change at work. Trista saw me as soon as she had opportunity, actually working both stations at the same time. My needs were pretty simple, just finishing up after passing my CDL driving tests. She was very pleasant to work with even though the office was very busy.

I loved being able to make an appointment to renew my drivers license. The staff is so nice & efficient. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes. Great experience!

I had a great visit at the office today. I am new to the state and was able to complete my drivers test, get my star card, and retired and register my vehicle in under an hour. All of the gals were very helpful and pleasant to work with.

An outstanding appointment. Couldn't get short term appointment in my county and their in-person line is like feeding time at the zoo. Checked Payette County and got an appointment two days away. Showed up a bit early and got right in. Erin, the counter person handled my license renewal quickly and efficiently. I think the entire process took maybe eight minutes. Great appointment, great staff, happy result. Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy.
